This forum will bring together students, families, educators, and community members to engage directly with the two leading candidates for California State Superintendent of Public Instruction and discuss the future of public education ahead of the November 2026 elections.

The organizers are committed to ensuring that the voices of all communities are represented, especially those that have historically been underrepresented or disproportionately impacted by education policies, including students with disabilities, GATE students, SIFE, LGBTQIA+ communities, Black, Brown, Indigenous, foster youth, refugee, immigrant, and multilingual communities.
