MOUs, Sideletters, Grievance Settlements, and Other Agreements (SDUSD)
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and sidletters are documents bargained during the term of a contract that carry the same weight as the contract itself, and are enforceable via the contractual grievance procedure.
